シェムリアップで本格的なラーメンを食べるなら「SAMURAI」🍜🇰🇭 ラーメンの種類がとにかく豊富で、メニューを見ているだけで「次はこれも食べたい！」と迷ってしまいます。 今回は、王道のサムライラーメンと担々麺をいただきました✨ サムライラーメンはしっかりとした旨みのあるスープに、チャーシューやきくらげ、海苔など具材もたっぷり。 担々麺もコクと辛さのバランスがよく、どちらも美味しかったです！ ほかにも気になるラーメンがたくさんあって、いろいろな味を試してみたくなります😊 カンボジア旅行中、「そろそろ日本の味が恋しいな」という時にもおすすめ。 シェムリアップでぜひ食べてほしいラーメンです🍜✨ お店の和傘の雰囲気も素敵でした！

Our experience at SAMURAI was nothing short of delightful, combining authentic Japanese hospitality with a sleek, modern aesthetic. The service is impeccable – attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming, giving a glimpse into Japanese hospitality at its finest. We were greeted and bid farewell in Japanese, which immediately added a personal touch and set the tone for the meal. Food The quality of the food was outstanding, and the recommended dumplings on the menu were an absolute hit! A particularly thoughtful gesture came when the staff noticed our hesitation in mixing the dipping sauce. They kindly offered a spontaneous explanation and even provided a written guide on creating the perfect blend. This small but significant touch made us feel genuinely cared for. We also shared a Japanese omelette, surprisingly large and ideal for sharing, and a chicken dish with mayonnaise. Each dish was expertly prepared and delicious, embodying authentic flavors without overwhelming complexity – just pure, balanced tastes. Ambiance The restaurant’s minimalist-modern design includes a mix of seating options that enhance the authentic Japanese feel. Traditional raised platform seating, reminiscent of tatami-style dining, gives a sense of being seated on the floor (without actually doing so), while bar-style seating adds a more casual, social vibe. The setting is a refined mix, both visually appealing and comfortable, catering to different dining preferences. Value for Money Excellent value for the quality and care in every dish and service detail. The balance between pricing and quality was truly satisfying, making it a place we’d gladly revisit.
